Aida is built on a small, deliberate set of vendors. Five of them are large-language-model providers — engaged exclusively in inference-only mode under terms that prohibit training on Customer content. One hosts the Service in the EEA. One sits in front of the Service as a TLS-terminating reverse proxy. There is no analytics SDK, no email-marketing pipeline, no third-party session recorder. This is the full list.
